  1. Place peaches in bottom of well-greased 8 inch baking dish.
  2. Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of the sugar replacement, the almond extract and cinnamon.
  3. Combine flour, remaining 1 tab.
  4. Sugar replacement, baking powder and salt in mixing bowl.
  5. Add shortening, egg and milk, stirring just to mix.
  6. Spread evenly over peaches.
  7. Bake at 400°F.
  8. Invert onto serving place.
