  1. In bowl, toss peaches with sugar and lime juice.
  2. Mash peaches with back of spoon or transfer to food processor or blender and purée
  3. Place peaches in tall pitcher.
  4. Add reserved pit for flavor.
  5. Slowly add seltzer water and sparkling white grape juice.
  6. Stir with long-handled spoon.
  7. Pour into stemmed glasses, using spoon to distribute pulp evenly.
  8. Garnish each wine glass with a few raspberries, if desired.
