- 1/3 Cup(s) highly packed cilantro
- 2 Cup(s) peeled and diced peaches
- 2 Cup(s) diced tomato
- 1 Teaspoon(s) lemon juice
- 1 Pinch(s) black pepper
- 1/4 Teaspoon(s) salt
- 1/2 Teaspoon(s) crushed garlic
- 1 Teaspoon(s) olive oil
- 2 Teaspoon(s) balsamic vinegar
- 1 Dash(s) cayenne pepper
Place all ingredients in a blender or a food processor & process for a few seconds.
Serve immediately over hot, fresh pasta or refirgerate until ready to serve.
