Peanut Butter Cake

1/4 c vegetable oil 1/2 c butter 1 1/2 c sugar 3/4 c peanut butter 4 eggs 1 3/4 c self-rising flour 1 c milk 1 pkg vanilla instant pudding

1. Cream oil, butter, sugar and peanut butter. Add well-beaten eggs. Sift in the flour and add the milk. Add the instant pudding and stir well.

2. Pour into well-greased cake pans and bake at 350 for approximately 35 min.

Peanut Butter Frosting

1/2 c peanut butter 2 tbsp coffee 2 tbsp melted butter Powdered sugar

1. Mix the peanut butter with the coffee and butter until smooth. Add enough powdered sugar to make a spreadable icing. You may want to add some cream cheese to the peanut butter.

Courage is doing what you're afraid to do. There can be no courage unless you're scared.
