  1. Combine marshmallow crème and milk in lg bowl; mix with electric mixer until well blended.
  2. Add peanut butter; mix well.
  3. Fold in whipped cream.
  4. Arrange ½ of wafers, flat side down, in paper-lined muffin cups.
  5. Spoon marshmallow crème mixture into cups.
  6. Top with topping and remaining wafers; freeze.
