- Yields 8 – 10 servings
Ingredients[]
Crust[]
- 1¼ cups chocolate cookie crumbs
- ¼ cup sugar
- ¼ cup butter or margarine melted
Filling[]
- 8 oz creamed cheese softened
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup whipped cream

Crust[]
- Mix the first 3 ingredients together.
- Bake for 10 minutes.
- Cool.
Filling[]
- In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, peanut butter, sugar,butter, vanilla until smooth, fold in whipped cream.
- Gently spoon into crust.
- Garnish with chocolate or cookie crumbs id desired.
- Refrigerate.
