Ingredients[]
- 4 Tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 cups mashed sweet potatoes
- 6 cups chicken stock (or Maggi equivalent)
- 1 tsp salt
- 4 cups cooked pumpkin
- 1 cup Peanut butter
- 1 tsp black pepper
- fresh chives
Directions[]
- Melt butter in soup pot over medium heat.
- Stir in pumpkin, sweet potatoes and Peanut butter.
- Add stock, salt, pepper, and stir well until smooth.
- Reduce heat and simmer to cook for 20 minutes.
- Before serving, garnish with chives.
