- 12/3 c. flour
- 1/2 c. roasted ground Peanut
- 4 Tbs. butter
- 2 whole eggs
- 4 Tbs. Sugar
- pinch salt
- 1 beaten egg yolk
- Put flour in a medium sized mixing bowl. Make a hollow in the center and put into it the rest of the ingredients.
- Knead well, roll out a few times and arrange in pie dish. Brush with beaten egg yolk.
- Bake in medium oven until knife comes out clean and cake retires from sides of mold. Sprinkle with Sugar. Put under broiler a few seconds.
