Description[edit | edit source] Ingredients[edit | edit source] 1+1/2 to 2 cups Sugar 1 tablespoon butter 1 teaspoon baking soda pinch salt 2 cups roasted peanuts Directions[edit | edit source] Melt Sugar slowly in a skillet, stirring continuously as it begins to melt. When the last grain of Sugar disappears, instantly add butter, soda, and salt. It'll fizz. Stir quickly and add peanuts. Pour into buttered pan and let cool.
