  1. Melt the butter, add flour and lightly fry.
  2. Add ½ cup water.
  3. Then add sour cream, sugar, salt, chopped dill and peas.
  4. Simmer, covered, at low heat until the peas are done.
  5. You may serve this with French pancakes.
