- 250 gram penne pasta
- 100 gram fresh ricotta cheese
- 100 gram shredded Gruyère cheese
- 100 gram shredded mild Gouda cheese
- 250 gram diced bacon
- 250 gram sliced mushrooms
- 1 capful of cognac
- splash of milk
- Olive oil
Preparation[]
- Cook the mushrooms in a little bit of oil, until they are dry.
- Deglaze the pan with a splash of cognac.
- Fry the bacon until it is crunchy
- Stir the cheese and milk together in a large bowl until a creamy cheese sauce is formed.
- Cook the pasta in boiling water and salt to taste
- Add the hot pasta into the cold cheese mixture and stir until the cheese melts.
- Add the mushrooms and bacon.
- Serve
