This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Lynch Estate in Garland, Texas in 1994.

- 8 large white onions chopped
- 5 sweet red peppers chopped
- 5 green peppers chopped
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 quart white vinegar
- 4 teaspoons salt
- Combine all ingredients and cook until slightly thickened (about 45 minutes), stirring occasionally.
- Pack into jars and seal.
- Store in refrigerator.
