  1. Heat a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium-high heat.
  2. Combine flour and next 5 ingredients, tossing to coat.
  3. Add beef mixture to pan; sauté 3 minutes.
  4. Add bell pepper and remaining ingredients to pan; cover and cook 7 minutes or until peppers are crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.

Yield: 4 servings (serving size: 1 cup)
