Peppered Flank Steak

2 T. chopped green onion 2 T. lemon juice 2 T. soy sauce 2 T. vegetable oil 1 garlic clove, minced 1 t. pepper 1/2 t. celery salt 1 beef flank steak (1 1/2 lbs.)

In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the first seven ingredients. Add steak. Seal bag and turn to coat. Refrigerate overnight. Coat grill rack with nonstick cooking spray before starting the grill. Drain and discard marinade. Grill steak, covered, over medium hot heat or broil 4 inches from the heat for 6 to 8 minutes on each side or until meat reaches desired doneness. for medium rare, a meat thermometer should read 145, medium, 160 and well done, 170. Thinly slice across the grain. Makes 6 servings. Source: Unknown
