Description
Ingredients
- 2 - 1 lb cans sliced beets (or equivalent in fresh cooked & sliced)
- 2 tblsp vinegar
- salt & pepper
- 1 Onion thinly sliced.
Directions
- Place in large flat bowl with cooking liquid
- Add 2 tblsp vinegar, salt & pepper
- 1 Onion thinly sliced.
- Mix together let set in frig a few hours. (Can be made ahead & put in canning jar) Use within a week
