olive oil - 2 cups (+/-)
pine nuts - 6-7 unit
garlic - 6-7 unit
parmesan cheese - 2 tablespoons
salt - 1 teaspoon
pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
put 1 cup of olive oil and all the other ingredients in the blender .
Turn on the blender and add the remaining olive oil (just until it will start mixing...).
Taste and add salt and pepper if needed.
