A moist and fruity cake that 's' a snap to make! Serve it warm from the oven with a scoop of ice cream of a dollop of whipped cream. Original recipe yield: 1 - 9x13 inch.
Ingredients[]
- 1 1/2 cups white sugar
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 3/4 cups Apple pie filling
Directions[]
1 - Grease and flower pan, preheat over to 350 degrees
2 - Mix together Sugar, salt, flour, baking soda, and cinnamon, eggs, oil, and pie filling. Add batter to pan
3 - Bake for 45 minutes to an hour
