This dish is going well with rice or noodle.
- 500 grams pig trotter
- 5 green onions
- 5 garlic
- 1 red pepper (hot)
- 2 star anise
- 3 tbsp of soy sauce
- 2 tbsp of rice wine
- 2 tbsp of sugar
- 1 tbsp of oyster sauce
- 700 cc water
- Wash pig's feet and chop it to small pieces.
- Put it into boiling water and take them out (when it changes color).
- Wash green onions, red peppers, garlic and cut it into small piece.
- Pour proper amount of oil into a heated pot, add seasoning from step 2, after the smell comes out put the pig trotter and other seasoning into the pot, cover it and leave it for fifty minutes until the flavor installed.
