  1. Cook meat, carrots, onion and celery in large skillet over medium heat until meat is lightly browned.
  2. Add rice, spinach, tomatoes, salt, oregano, pepper and garlic powder; cover and simmer 15 to 20 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat; serve with lemons and cheese, if desired.
