  1. Combine pineapple, lemon juice, and cornstarch in small saucepan.
  2. Cook and stir over low heat until slightly thickened and clear.
  3. Place bananas in individual banana boats or dessert dishes.
  4. Spoon warm pineapple sauce over bananas.
  5. Top with nuts and whipped cream, if desired.
