Pineapple Cheese Spread

2 pkg. cream cheese (8 oz each) 1 can crushed pineapple, drained (8.5 oz.) 1 cup chopped pecans 1/2 cup chopped green pepper 2 T. chopped green onions 1 t. seasoned salt

Soften cheese and mix with pineapple, pecans, green peppers, onion and salt. Pack in a crock and refrigerate or you may roll the mixture into a ball and cover with more pecans. Serve with crackers. Makes 5 cups. Source: Come Into the Kitchen
