This divine sandwich starts with the bread and has only two ingredients - cream cheese and real pineapples. You can pair this sandwich with any fruit.
- 2 packs. cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup crushed pineapple, well-drained, then reserving the syrup
- 2 loaves rye bread
- Cream the cheese. Add pineapple then mix well.
- Decrust the bread and cut into desired shapes. Spread on bread generously with the full cream-cheese mixture.
Instead of cutting and decrusting the bread, just spread the pineapple and cream-cheese mixture generously. Substitute rye bread for the white bread.
