This divine sandwich starts with the bread and has only two ingredients - cream cheese and real pineapples. You can pair this sandwich with any fruit.


  • 2 packs. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup crushed pineapple, well-drained, then reserving the syrup
  • 2 loaves rye bread


  1. Cream the cheese. Add pineapple then mix well.
  2. Decrust the bread and cut into desired shapes. Spread on bread generously with the full cream-cheese mixture.


Instead of cutting and decrusting the bread, just spread the pineapple and cream-cheese mixture generously. Substitute rye bread for the white bread.
