Made with authentic fruit, fruit juice, and white rum, this natural beverage is great for other occasions as it delivers an ice-cold aroma that relishes, offers to the fruit, and enhances with alcohol content.
- 2 oz. white rum
- ½ tsp. powdered sugar
- ¼ oz. lime juice
- 2 - 3 dashes pineapple syrup
- 1 slice pineapple
- lime zest, optional
- Prepare all ingredients in a blender with crushed ice.
- Pour into a chilled cocktail glass, and serve. Garnish with the lime zest, if desired.
