  1. Sauté chops on both sides in oil. Sprinkle with salt, peel potatoes and cut in half.
  2. Rub with lemon juice.
  3. Place on chops, press pineapple on potatoes, add pineapple juice to the chops.
  4. Cover, cook on high until steam escapes freely, turn to low.
  5. Cook 45 minutes.
