- 1 cup water
- 6 mint leaves
- 2 cups cold water

- Combine pineapple chunks, water, and mint in a blender; process until smooth.
- Transfer pineapple mixture to a pitcher.
- Add 2 cups cold water, stirring to combine.
- Serve over ice.
