pineapple rice Mold


Drain pineapple. Measure Syrup And Add Enough water to Make 1 1/2 Cups. Mix Pineapple/Water Mixture With pineapple, butter And salt. in Medium Pan Over High Heat, Bring to Boil. Stir in rice And Cover. Remove From Heat. Let Stand 5 Minutes. Press Into Well Greased 3 Cup Mold or Four Well Greased Individual Molds or Custard Cups. Unmold Onto Plates. Serves 4
