Cabrillas soup with apple
Ingredients[]
- 2 cabrillas
- 2 red apples
- 3 slices ginger
- ½ tbsp yellow wine
- 2 tbsp salt
- a stalk chopped spring onion
- some sesame oil
Directions[]
- Peel Apples and cut into dices, clean cabrillas and remove all inner organ
- Heat pot with 1 liter of water by high heat, add ginger and Apple dices
- Turn into low heat after water is boiled, keep cooking for 15 minutes
- Add cabrillas fishes, cook for more 10 minutes, add salt and wine, stir well
- Pour into large bowl, sprinkle chopped spring Onion and sesame oil, serve
