  • 3 cups cooked rice
  • 1 6-ounce jar sliced Mushrooms, drained
  • 1 3-1/2-ounce package pepperoni slices, quartered
  • 1 cup prepared pizza sauce
  • 1 2-1/4-ounce can sliced ripe olives, drained
  • 1 1/2 cups 6 ounces shredded mozzarella Cheese, divided

Directions Edit

Combine rice, Mushrooms, pepperoni, sauce, and 1 cup Cheese in large skillet over medium heat. Cook, stirring, until thoroughly heated. Top with remaining 1/2 cup Cheese
