Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sunflower kernals
- 16 oz garbanzo beans (canned)

- 1 med Onion, chopped
- 1 med carrots, shredded
- 1/2 cup italian-style breadcrumbs
- 1/3 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- vegetable oil, for frying
- 8 slice French bread
Directions
Toast sunflower kernals on baking sheet at 350 °F. For 5 to 7 minutes until golden. Combine sunflower kernals, beans, rice, Onion, carrot, breadcrumbs, parsley, eggs, soy sauce and thyme.
