Is there anyone who has experience using planks to grill? I started to buy some red cedar ones at Publix yesterday but wondered if you can use regular red cedar wood that you would buy at Home Depot or Lowe's? The package didn't say anything about being treated just for grilling; just to soak it before grilling for an hour. The salmon recipe sounded delicious (which I can get from their website!)
