  1. Cut pork into 1-inch cubes.
  2. Brown meat on all sides in oil in large skillet over moderate heat.
  3. Remove meat to large shallow casserole.
  4. Pour fat from skillet. Add salt, poultry seasoning, black pepper and broth to skillet and bring to a boil. Stir to loosen brown particles.
  5. Place rice, onions, green peppers and peas in casserole. Add boiling broth. Stir.
  6. Cover and bake at 350 °F for 30 minutes or until meat and rice are tender and liquid is absorbed.
  7. Stir lightly with fork before serving
