  1. Combine rice, onion, green pepper, parsley, mushrooms, celery, sausage, cornbread crumbs, eggs, broth and black pepper; mix well.
  2. Turn into lightly buttered casserole.
  3. Cover and bake at 350 °F for 30 minutes.
  4. Remove cover and continue baking 15 minutes.
