Chicken rice casserole

Directions Edit

  1. Put uncooked rice in bottom of baking dish.
  2. Place chicken pieces on top.
  3. Sprinkle with onion soup.
  4. Top with mixed soup and water.
  5. Bake 20 minutes at 400°F.
  6. Lower temperature to 350°F for 1 hour longer.

Variation Edit

  1. Substitute ¼ cup white wine for water.
