* 1 cup yellow [[cornmeal]]
 
* ½ cup whole kernel [[corn]]
 
* ½ cup [[bell pepper]]s, chopped
 
* 1 [[jalapeño pepper|jalapeno pepper]] or [[cherry pepper]], chopped, to taste (I like more)
 
* ½ cup shredded [[Cheddar]] cheese or [[feta]]
