Changes: Polish Sauerkraut Salad

Ingredients

¼ cup salad or olive oil
1½ teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon caraway seed
½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vinegar
1 pound sauerkraut, drained
2 medium tart apples, peeled, cored, and diced
¾ cup grated carrot

Directions

Combine oil, sugar, caraway seed, salt, and vinegar.
Rinse and drain sauerkraut well; chop.
Stir into oil mixture.
Add apples and carrot; toss to mix.
