Ingredients
- 1/4 cup salad or olive oil
- 1 1/2 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon caraway seed
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- 1 pound sauerkraut, drained
- 2 medium tart Apples, peeled, cored, and diced
- 3/4 cup Grated Carrot
Directions
Combine oil, Sugar, caraway seed, salt, and vinegar. Rinse and drain sauerkraut well; chop. Stir into oil mixture. Add Apples and carrot; toss to mix.
