Polish Sausage Sandwich Makes 2 servings


 1 Tbsp. olive oil
 3/4 c. chopped onion
 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
 1/3 c. drained Sauerkraut
 2 cooked Polish sausages, heated
 2 hot dog buns or hard rolls, split, warmed
  
  
  Heat oil in small skillet.  Saute onion and green pepper until tender, but not brown.  Stir in sauerkraut and heat through.  Place sausages on buns and top with vegetable mixture.
