  1. Heat oven to 375°F.
  2. Cook as directed 7 oz elbow macaroni.
  3. Spread drained macaroni in 10"x6" baking dish; add cheese sauce, stirring to mix.
  4. Cut into penny thin slices two hot dogs.
  5. Arrange slices on top.
  6. Bake 25 minutes.
