Popcorn Potpourri

2 quarts freshly popped popcorn, unsalted 1 can cashew nuts (6.25 oz) 1 can chow mein noodles (5 oz) 1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted 1 1/2 T. soy sauce 3/4 t. ground ginger

Combine popcorn, cashews and noodles. Stir butter, soy sauce and ginger until well blended. Pour over popcorn mixture and toss well. transfer to a jelly roll pan and bake at 350 for 5 to 10 minutes. Serve or store in an airtight container. Can do ahead. makes 2 1/2 quarts. Source: Appetizers, Southern Style
