  1. Spread both sides of each pork chop or the roast with mustard.
  2. Sprinkle with seasonings.
  3. Heat oil in bottom of pan, and then brown the meat on both sides and also put in the onion slices.
  4. When meat has browned, add the apple slices and juice (or broth).
  5. Close lid and bring to pressure.
  6. Cook for 10 minutes.
  7. Release pressure according to your pressure cooker.
  8. Optional: add 1 cup of water or chicken broth.
