  • 1 to 11/2 lbs. of cubed Pork butt
  • 1 large Onion, Sliced
  • 1 small can of tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • 1 package of frozen Peas

Directions Edit

  1. Brown the Pork with salt and pepper.
  2. Add Onion.
  3. Cook until Pork is brown.
  4. Add the tomato sauce cook for 10 minutes.
  5. Add the water if it dries out to much.
  6. Now add the Peas and boil until they are tender.
  7. Stir constantly to prevent burning.
  8. Remove from burner and serve hot over steamed rice.
