  1. Peel and wash the potatoes.
  2. Grate small.
  3. Place in a bowl, add sugar, salt, yeast mixed with milk and flour.
  4. Mix everything well, cover and place in a warm place.
  5. After it has risen, take tablespoonfuls and fry on both sides in hot lard or oil.
  6. Serve hot with sour cream.
