Potato Daal

  1. Cook the moong dal with 2 cups of water, potatoes, a little salt, and garlic.
  2. In a pan heat oil, add the onions and fry for a few minutes.
  3. Now add the green chillies, tomatoes and chilli powder.
  4. After a few minutes, add the mashed moong dal and a little water if required.
  5. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
  6. Goes well with rotis.
