- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons light mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons fat-free sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 pounds small red potatoes, cooked and quartered
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- 2 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled

- Combine lemon juice, mayonnaise, sour cream, salt, and pepper in a large bowl, stirring with a whisk.
- Add potatoes, green onions, and bacon; stir to combine.
