  1. Wash, boil, peel and let cool the potatoes.
  2. Then slice very thinly and mix with salt, thinly sliced onions, pickle rounds, oil and vinegar.
  3. Place in salad bowl and garnish with rounds of hard boiled egg.
  4. You can also add some tomato slices.
