Potatoes Sostenuto
8 to 9 potatoes, baked or boiled and peeled 1/2 cup hot milk 6 oz. cream cheese 1 cup sour cream 1 T. butter 2 t. onion salt White pepper Salt Butter to dot Paprika
Mash potatoes with hot milk. Add cream cheese, sour cream, butter, seasonings. Mix well. Put in 2 quart buttered casserole. Dot with butter. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 for about 20 minutes. Serves 10 to 12 Source: My Old Recipes
