These are cakes that look like potatoes.

  1. Boil the milk with the sugar and vanilla, add walnuts, cacao and rum.
  2. When it is boiling well, add bread crumbs.
  3. Stir continuously until the mixture thickens.
  4. Remove from heat and let cool.
  5. When you can touch it without any discomfort, form potato shapes out of it.
  6. Roll them in cacao.
  7. Place on a plate.
  8. These "potatoes" can be kept for maximum 2 – 3 days.
