Brown flour soup

  1. Melt butter or lard, add flour and stir until well browned. Do not burn.
  2. Add caraway seed, seasoning and water gradually. Stir and cook until smooth.
  3. Beat the eggs and drop from a spoon into the soup.
  4. Cook about 5 minutes and serve.
