Prickly Pear Ice Cream
Ingredients
- 10 x cactus fruits, ripe & peeled
- 1 gal milk
Directions
- The seeds of the fruit can be left in or removed.
- Mix the mashed fruit and the milk together in an ice-cream maker, electric or hand-cranked.
- Freeze the mixture according to the directions on your ice cream maker.
