Description
Fast and easy dessert.
Ingredients
- 100g of crackers
- 2dl of whipped cream
- 250g of quark
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar
- 5dl of frozen berries
- 1dl of sugar
Directions
- Crumble the biscuits and whip the cream. Mix in the quark, vanilla sugar and sugar.
- Spoon the cookie dust on the bottom of the serving dish and add the quark mixture on top of it. Sprinkle cookie dust on top of the mixture.
- Season the berries with sugar and mix them to the quark mixture. Divide the desert into smaller serving bowls and decorate them with cookie dust and berries.
